1. Our Dharm is called Hindu Dharma . It is the first religion of man .
2. We believe in The Vedas . Vedas are the divine revelation to man.There are various scriptures based on the Vedas.The Bhagvad Gita being the foremost.
3. We believe in one God ( Parameshwara ). God is one . but has many names to describe his qualities and actions . He is all pervading ( Sarvnivasi ) all knowing ( Sarvagan ) and all power  full  (Sarvshaktiman ) .
4. We believe in prayer (Prarthna).prayer ,Worship and disciplined living helps us to build a relation ship with God .
5. We believe in Rebirth (punarjanma). Life doesn't end when the body dies .
6. We believe in  the Law of Action ( Purusharth ) . The Law of karma (Action ) assures us that , what we sow ,we shall reap .We are the masters of of our fate .
7. We believe in Non-injury ( Prani-daya or Ahimsa ) .To hurt any living creature ,by thought ,word and deed ,is to deny the Presence of God .
8. We believe in  a joyful state of mind ( Prasanta ) . It is only through a joyful and a pure mind that we can appreciate the greatness of God .
9. We believe in  living a life which is beneficial to all of God's creations , with  love for all end hatred for none .
10. We believe in respect and reverence to our parents ,elders and Teachers .
11. My Hindu Dharm has all what i need for my upliftment .When i need  i shall search further but i shall not forsake it .
